Administrative Professional

  • Will work out of our Grand Rapids office location (2922 Fuller Ave NE, Suite 101B, Grand Rapids, MI 49505)
  • Salaried position, M-F, 9-5.
  • Additional hours will be required during tax season, which typically consists of the time frame of mid-January through mid-April annually.  Anticipated weekly hours increase up to 45-50 on average during tax season.
  • Competitive pay and benefits, including paid vacation and holidays, 401k with company match, and a 50/50 split on health insurance and a tax season bonus 
  • Position will consist of many administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, emails, mail, client walk-ins, working on our digital server and client portal, scheduling appointments and helping clients and other team members in a variety of work-related tasks. 
  • Prior administrative experience is required, preferably 10+ years of successfully working within a professional office environment
  • College degree not required but encouraged.  
  • Applicant must be reasonably comfortable with the use of technology, as a lot of our client workflows are paperless and/or involve scanning and organizing information digitally.  

Administrative Professional

  • Salaried position, M-F, 9-5 during the months of January through May annually.  The remainder of the year the position would be 3 days a week, M/W/F, 9-5.  (Weekly salary amount prorated during the months of January through December annually.)
  • Additional hours will be required during tax season, which typically consists of the time frame of mid-January through mid-April annually.  Anticipated weekly hours increase up to 45-50 on average during tax season.

Tax Preparation Professional

  • Will work out of our Wyoming office location (1535 44th St SW, Suite 400, Wyoming, MI 49509)
  • Salaried position, M-F, 9-5.
  • An average of 42.5 hours of work per week anticipated during non-tax season.
  • Additional hours will be required during tax season, which typically consists of the time frame of mid-January through mid-April annually.  Anticipated weekly hours increase up to 50-60 on average during tax season.
  • Competitive pay and benefits, including paid vacation and holidays, 401k with company match, and a 50/50 split on health insurance and a tax season bonus.  Some degree of remote work is allowed.  
  • The position will primarily consist of the preparation of annual income tax returns, both individual and business.  Applicant may also help the firm in other areas, such as replying to tax notices on behalf of clients, client tax projections and planning, client bookkeeping.  
  • 4 year college degree required in accounting or tax.
  • Prior tax experience is required, a minimum of 2 years  (4+ preferred).
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks Online accounting is a plus but not required.
